Here's the question: With the Dolphags setting a new record for signing #1, will the Rams be the first to sign #2 before draft day?
It wouldn't surprise me if they did. I think the Texans had agreed to terms with David Carr before the '02 draft and still ran the clock down. Even with the time limit shortened, it'll take forever. With the draft starting @ 3:00, if your team finished over .500, they'll probably be making the selection past your bedtime.
