What about a trade for Brady Quinn no way he wants to play backup and no way we win with Pennington or Clemens!

The Tony Richardson signing seems to have mostly flown under the radar, despite the fact that the Jet's sorely lacked a good FB last year.
Seems to me this signing will vastly improve the running game. Too many times last year Jones and Leon were tackled in the backfield. That won't happen any more. I think Leon could have a breakout year, a la Tiki, if given the chance. What do you think?

That must of been so much fun to attend a football class like that. Maybe you can suggest to Mangini if he he can do one for the fans. The Jets can post it on their web site, It would be great to learn and see the things the coach's see when they watch a game. I am sure other fans would like to see it too, make it happen :)
E, no way Cleveland is letting Brady Quinn go anywhere.
Jeff, Eric Mangini LOVES Tony Richardson. Likes everything the brings to the Jets. He will help the running game but I'm not sure I agree with the Leon/Tiki comparison based on the fact Washington won't get the carries Barber did. Thomas Jones will get most of the carries. That said Washington out of the backfield could resemble Barber somewhat.
