I'm still working on the Top 10 players list. I woke up under the weather today, and I know you don't care, but I'm trying my best here, people!
Also, loyal reader furnk is the man of all men. When I first ran something about Toal, he hinted at the fact he is injured...about a month before the Boston Globe even ran something.
And, yes, everyone's observations about Tech are correct. However, a week ago I would have said the only place Tech couldn't afford an injury is the offensive line. While Tech is shaky at quarterback right now, there's more depth there than on the OL.
In today's Roanoke Times, Randy "Nappy" King talks with the possible replacement at RT. He showed up about 20 pounds overweight, but I guess he's on a mission now. You can read for yourself.
I have an Airborne tablet scheduled for 10:15 and banking on a second wind at 11. If so, we'll have a Top 10 players list tomorrow.
