NYR_ROB... Mike York is no good anymore. The Isles ditch him. If the team that got him 14 games ago (and 1 goal and 1 assist ago) doesn't want him, what good would he be? I'd rather have Steve Zipay himself playing 2nd-line center than the man we traded to get Tom Poti.
How about Jozef Stumpel? Florida will be looking to deal. Stumpel, or if the price is right, Jokinen (I know it's unlikely but I hear he will be on the block also).

I was going to mention Stumpel too...the other benefit with Stumpel is he might allow the Rangers to try Nylander on the 2nd line as well.
The challenge might be whether the Panthers are ready to call it a season...they're not far out, and they hope to have Bertuzzi back soon.
The best move would be for Robert Lang. Whether he's available is another story. He'd do well with Shanny, plus he's an UFA if he flops.
I was talking about Olli Jokinen. I was listening to Denis Potvin (works for the Panthers org.) on XM Radio a few weeks ago, and he said that Florida knows that they don't have a team this year or next year, and that by the time they will have one to compete, Jokinen will be a UFA and out of the big picture (I think he has 3 years left) so they might try to move him.
I'm also against Morrison. His stats have downed considerably.
