NBC's NHL "Game of the Week" debuts on Sunday, Jan. 20, with either the Boston Bruins at New York Rangers or the Stanley Cup champion Anaheim Ducks at the Dallas Stars. The reason? The NHL is offering flexible scheduling for NBC's nine regular season dates and the network doesn't have to decide until two weeks before the puck drops...
Versus' schedule is out---for fans of that cable giant---and Bill Patrick appears to have replaced Bill Clement on the "Hockey Central" studio show.
Rangers telecasts include seven against Pens, Isles and Flyers and one against Sabres:
Oct. 10 vs. Isles; Oct. 23 vs Pens; Nov. 5 vs. Flyers and 6th vs Isles; March 10 vs Sabres, the 25th vs. Flyers and 31st vs Pens, and Jan. 14 vs Pens.

Amazing, two weeks ago the Isles posts were screaming for Garth to sign Peca, now that Peca might sign with Rangers he is overaged, undertalented and overpaid. Hard to determine which is more amateur, the Isle Fans or their management. They are the worst organization in Hockey, and to look at the Rangers signings and compare with the OLD, overpaid players the Isels were forced to take in Free Agency makes one wonder how any Isles Fan can even compare these two teams. Let me not forget a 15 year contract for a goaltender, that mgmt move is simply brillant. If Pietro even plays 10 of those years it will be amazing. The Isles can only reminence about their CUP winning years, they are so far from contending that the next Cup is not even a dream, let alone reality. NO PLAYOFFS in the near future, get ready for a dismal season. Can't wait for the ICE GIRLS, maybe the best line the Isles have on the Ice this season.
