Really love the Zherdev and Fritsche trade, as Tyutin and Backman were smaller, pansy like defensemen. I likes my dee men, brawny, rugged type. Like that type alot Habs inside/out.

Tyutin was a pansy? OK moron try and catch a few Ranger games next year and maybe a grammar class. He was the only one of our six defensemen that actually used the body. Congratulations, enjoy your Flyers season tickets.

looks like they picked a prospect up and traded Backman's Contract for Zherdev's which is about equal. So looks like they freed about 3 million with Tytuin's Contract gone. looks like they have 10 mil to dangle in front of Heselius, Jagr, Orpik, Nasland or Sundin. Seems like another thing in the works here, maybe Sather isn't a just half assing it.
I think we may see Betts (as much as He is a trooper with what he does) moved.
