I was at the IFL event last week in New Jersey and I saw former UFC champion Randy Couture cornering IFL welterweight champ and Long Island native Jay Hieron.

More power to Randy. Lots of luck to him and loha in all of his current and future endeavours. As far as I am concerned he his the BEST. I have nothin but love and aloha for Royce, Shamrock, Ranpage Jackson, Tito, Chuck and Matt Serra and some of the new blood. But Randy to me is the Legend, the Icon. Randy is :The Man".
