YES Network handles Stadium finale capably
OK, here's a really weird one: In my Tuesday newspaper column I take a mild shot at YES for not spending much time Sunday on the fact the Yankee Stadium finale was marred a bit by the team being out of realistic playoff contention.
Then after watching my recording of the post-game panel discussion, which did address the issue, and considering the evening was more about the Stadium than the 2008 team, I removed that line from the column.
Trouble was, I must have sent the earlier version to my editors, because it ended up in the newspaper.
Sorry, YES. I'll ask the Web guys to remove the line so future generations do not read my original, misguided criticism.
