Donald Trump trumps all other news on Channel 4
While trying to stay awake for the end of the Rays-Red Sox game Sunday, checked in with Channel 4 at the top of the 11 o'clock hour to get a quick recap of the news of the day.
The "newscast" led with three minutes on the finale of "Celebrity Apprentice." No, really.
Later the "newscast" offered another three minutes worth of interviews with two of the cast members.
It's the end of the world as we knew it, and I feel queasy.

WNBC used to have a fine newscast Sundays. Now it's all dreck.
Especially the show with the fat monologist that follows it, you know the fellow from Manhasset who thinks he's more famous than Jim Brown or Ken Howard.
Len Berman should consider himself a lucky man to be out of there.

What do you expect? It's all about what sells not news. When the so called news media does not report ALL the news because the present administration doesn't want it reported why would you expect true news?
Annie should have won this competition hands down. She was awesome. It was never personal with her until the very end when Rivers caused the set designers to quit. She alone was responsible for that and she was steadily denying it in the board room before Trump. Annie raised more money and she behaved professionally throughout the season. I will no longer waste my time watching the Apprentice after this debacle. I hope viewers will join with me in boycotting The Celebrity Apprentice. This was the worst decision Donald Trump has ever made even if his ex-sister-in-law is the vice chair of God's Love We Deliver. Goodbye Donald.

Doris: I don't know if you watched the whole show, but if you did, you would have seen that Annie Duke was devious and conniving throughout the entire competition. Yes, Joan was more vocal and more emotional in her outbursts, but Annie was not the angel you portray. Furthermore, you have no idea what really happened with the designers. . .it could have been part of the plan to have the designer quit so Donald could see what the contestants would do in a crisis. If you think Annie was so professional, do you remember when she called her fellow poker player and reamed him a new orifice when she found out that he was going to bid against her. I never liked Joan Rivers before this show, and I have to say that throughout the competitition, she came up with great ideas, she was a team player, she was funny, supportive and a very hard worker on every task. Annie worked hard, but she also bragged and bragged and bragged to the point of nausea. No matter what happened, if she was on a task, it was "I, I, I . . .
