Cornell or Syracuse to bring lacrosse title to Central NY
Ho, hum. As I was saying the other day, the game against top-ranked Virginia was a mere warmup.
On to the big one Monday: Cornell vs. Syracuse.
What say we ditch Foxboro and play the first half at Schoellkopf and second at the Carrier Dome?

I seriously considered going to Syracuse. And why not? It is the second best producer of sports media types in NY State, after Fordham. It has the second best mascot in NY State, after the Mets. And it has the second best lacrosse program in NY State, after, well, you know.

How about a little shout-out for the Cornell goaltender? A kid from San Diego between the pipes? What's that about? The final game should be great, especially with the coordinated uniforms.
