Rather than buy a PSL at the new stadium, can I buy a pair of old seats and take them with me to the new place? They'll perform the same job at a fraction of the cost.

As a season ticket holder (tickets have been in the family since the Polo Grounds), I was very disappointed to read that you are purchasing a pair of random seats, and cannot purchase the seats you parked your keister (sp?) in for the past thirty-three years.

(Though you do have the option to purchase the current blue seats, the crappy old blue seats, the current red seats (labeled as burgundy?) or the crappy old red seats.

This is like flushing money down the toilet. So when the Giants game is on TV, do people leave the comfort of their couch and sit in these seats, elbow to elbow with their buddy in the living room? What a ripoff.

I would think that for $20,000 in PSL fees, the Giants would have the good grace to "throw" in the seats you sat in for the past 20, 30, or 50 years.

And Neil, in all seriousness, I think an extremely appropriate question to ask the Giants is whether PSL owners get to keep their own seats when the New stadium is no longer. Does $5,000/per get you your damn seat?
